Hi. I'm Austinite, and I agree with the above.

I did think the diet out but its one thing to plan it and actually do it. I am pretty happy with my gains in mass and strength, it's just that it's not translating on the scale, basically I am getting stronger and bigger but without gaining weight. Is it the fat loss that is hidding the gains?

Honestly it's the mirror not the scale that maters to me. If your numbers and PRs are going up and you feel like you're cutting up fairly well then don't worry about the weight fluctuation.
You'll gain muscle, water, and fat on cycle. Along with losing fat at a calorie deficit.

How long have you been weight lifting prior to your cycle? Obviously you've put some time in on cardio to drop that much weight but the 45lb dumbbell press with a dude your size? No flame, just curious bro..

Actually I was probably doing 60s but I wasn't as serious of a weightlifter as I am now. I did a lot of high intensity cardio to drop the first chunk of weight which could of ate up the muscles, but either way the sauce in me was pretty weak

Seems like the stronger I get, the more "you look skinny" comments I get from people around me. I also run just at maintenance or slightly below to stay lean but..

Like chiveon said, nm the scale bro. Women who think they're "fat" live by the scale. Worry about those numbers on the sides of your plates and dumbbells going up!

Anyone else agree with the length of the cycle being too long?
Also I was under the impression that using HCG for too long could lead to your body becoming dependent on that testosterone . But many others have told me to use it during the end of the cycle to prep PCT. any advice?

I don't really see a question. How old are you? How long have you been training? What's your BF%? Check the chart out. Yes, if you didn't workout before and had a terrible diet and now started to take steroids you can count on losing bodyfat while gaining muscle. With the diet in check and a proper weight training program same thing happens too!!

Run the HCG throughout your cycle to prevent your nuts from completely shutting down and shrinking. Which in return will help restore your natty test production easier/quicker when coming off cycle/during pct. Or blast this shit out of it at the end of your cycle like you stated.. Which from my understanding, either or works the same. I have no actual experience though, so don't quote me. Lol

IMO, if I was going to run HCG I would take it throughout the cycle. My balls are already small enough

I guess I just wanted feedback, to make sure I'm doing everything correctly as to not waste the cycle. I am 24 and I would say my BF is 30's. I trained a long while with poor diet and about 1 year ago when I really started a legit diet and seen huge progress naturally. It just seems like I am gaining a lot of muscle with no weight gain, and the only logic I could think is that the fat loss is making up for the mass I gained. Just wanted to see if this is feasible, because I was under the impression you can't bulk while losing fat.
