    Epistane. PH? or AAS?

So I have been researching a bunch and I've found that the substance known as epistane (Epi 2a3a, Havoc) <- - I hope that wasn't against rules.. > anyway, I've found mixed opinions on whether it is a prohormone or a steroid .

It isn't illegal "yet" and it is sold legally as a prohormone however it doesn't need to be converted in the body into a hormonal substance.. So.. steroid?

    Thank you for the reply.

Could you possibly elaborate on that at all?

How does it compare to say Dbol ?

It is more comparable to Winstrol or Anavar , in that it is a dry (does not cause water retention) steroid that provides decent strength gains.

See, now this has always intrigued me. I wouldn't ever use it but I have heard outlandish claims of not needing an AI or pct while takin it and it just doesn't make sense to me

Well, you wouldn't need an AI, since it is 5a-reduced (DHT derived). The same goes for any cycle that won't increase E2 levels.
But you obviously still need PCT.

Yes, I did some research after I posted because it got me thinking. But it appears that I B E only makes a batch randomly, or at least I haven't found a pattern.
I see fairly common complaints of lethargy etc by the end of the cycle making it hard to keep gains. I'm assuming this is because of natural test suppression with no exogenous source of testosterone ?

Pro hormones confuse me a bit. I don't see why you wouldn't just use AAS if its going to supress you anyway? Other than maybe that they're super cheap and you can run full cycles for less than a bill?

I'd assume it's because they don't want to buy illegal drugs and worry about all the pitfalls of the black market.
