    No 19-nor!

    Hey people can anyone recommend me a nice stack. Something to go with test e. but that's not a 19-nor compound? Cheers.

    Mast E, Anavar are DHT's that stack well with test. What are your goals with this cycle?

    Wet gains: Dbol , anadrol , TNE as a kickstart pinned twice daily for the first four weeks would be cheap and effective

    Dry gains: Turinabol , Anavar, Methyldrostanolone, Masteron

    Equipoise -Masteron -Primobolan

    EQ = For alot of people it's a useless compound. Gives appetite and High hematocrite...

    Masteron = Hard on the scalp, but give a hard look and help to the fat loss.

    Primobolan = the most expensive aas ever!! Take a very long time to build-up in the body, however once it started it makes the fat melt and the muscle pop up. For a recomp it's a good aas.

    these are injectable.

    Im about to start a prop/var cycle. I couldn't afford the primo as its about as expensive as 6 weeks of prop to one week of primo. Heard its an awesome compound never used. The test e might give u abit of water holding, especially if you throw a dbol or adrol with it.

    is this your first or second cycle and what are your goals?

    Was thinking masteron . And nothing's wrong with just test. Was my first cycle. I tried Dbol in my last cycle. Did it for 5 weeks at 30mg a day with test and deca . But I noticed hard lumps under the nips and thought this could be the dbol on top as I've never had any gyno type symptoms before. And that was my third cycle. The problem I have is I can't get hcg . Just clomid and Nolva. So that poses obvious pct problems. And I just wanna stay away from orals. Just happier that way.

    And I'm 34 years old. 6.1 tall. About 188 pounds.

    Oral do not reduce the capacity to recover from what I know...

    19nor make it harder but oral do not...

    Anyway prop/var is a good cycle for lean gain.

    It's not the recovery I'm worried about. Just prefer to stay away from orals because of the extra pressure on the liver.

    What were you taking for an AI? And what were you taking to suppress prolactin?

    ^^^ By the way, these stats mean you need to learn how to eat. You're over 6 feet tall, weigh less than 200lbs and think you're ready for gear? Dude, you'll be better off not running any gear and working on your diet instead.

    depends on what his bodyfat is, if he is really really lean with a small frame, that's not to shabby.

    That's exactly it. I've go possibly the fastest metabolism known to man. I could literally be on a food drip 24/7 and I'd struggle to put in weight. Even if I are nothing but butter lard and drank cooking oil I wouldn't put an ounce of fat on. Lucky some would say. I disagree.

    You're welcome to come try and eat with me. I am the same way you are. Force feeding every two hours is a requirement. I've thrown up mid way through eating a couple times. The amount of food I take in per meal takes about 35min to eat. And I do it every 2hrs. If you want to grow and have a metabolism like this, it's just a sacrifice we have to make. I hate it to bro. But that's how it is.

    I've heard people say that many times on here. More often than not, people who think they eat a lot don't usually eat as much as they think they do. Steroids aren't going to fix this problem. What will fix your diet is opening up an Excel sheet and mapping out what your current diet is, with all the macros and calories in it. Then in the next column over, figure out what you could add to it to put 500 more calories per day in it. Then work out a schedule for meals that you can realistically consume all this food in. Give it a few weeks to see any results. If nothing, then up your calories by another 500.

    Eventually, you'll start growing. It sounds like a lot of work to do, but that's how you quantify your diet. It also makes grocery shopping a lot easier and you'll notice you'll save a little bit of money doing this, because you'll know what you want before you go there.

    I've gotta say guys thank you so much. As far as planning goes I have done that. Maybe not to quite a finite degree but I've certainly calculated required protein fats and carbs. And broken them down into meals every two hours throughout the day. And different types of carbs and proteins for slow/quick release. But I guess I've just gotta sort my 5hit and knuckle down to some serious eating. Work is a major issue with regularity but I'm sure I can find solutions. But as I say cheers guys you given me some motivation to push on. So nice one dudes
