Quickie, dentist trip whilst on test e.

Hi, was about to start my first ever cycle tomorrow, unfortunately I have damaged a tooth quite badly, which is going to result in a trip to the dentist or local hospital, I have ad a temporary repair that will only last a couple of days.
Should I hold of the cycle until after treatment, I am not sure if the anaesthetic/ drugs will have a negative effect.

The test wont matter but Id hold off if you cant eat or train properly due to tooth issues. Its a waste of time and money if your not 100% when on a cycle.
