    Chest injury during pct!

    So im on pct now, and ive injured my left pec by doing flies, probably bring the dumbell too far back..

    Need advice on what to do, i tried to train chest yesterday but it really hurt and couldnt lift as much so gave up after 10 mins.

    Shall i be resting chest? Thing is im afraid of losing gains because im on pct!

    Another thing is i dont think i can train shoulders because it puts pressure on my pec also,

    What shall i do?? Rest, train? Train shoulders? Rest completely?

    Unless it's just a strain suggest you go to a Orthopedic doc asap. It's always worth getting it looked at. If surgery is required, there's only a small window of time for something like this. If you cant work around it, stop lifting, ice & a cycle of NSAIDs is in order until healing takes place....
