Fat around nipples
I've got a bit of fat around my nipples since a long time. They have gone soft and puffy. Not too much but my nipples are visible through my t-shirts. In the other thread austinite recommended Raloxifene. Can I use that while just training normally? Or is it used only after a cycle? Or anything else?

Fat is not gynecomastia . Puffy nipples go away on their own. Are you on cycle? Are you using an AI? Have you checked your E2 levels?

No I'm not on any cycle. I started off with dbol 2 days ago and was about to start a cycle of susta+deca +dbol but I not gona do that now. After reading your threading changed my mind. I was thinking of bulking up and then cutting down but that seems to be the wrong way. And what are E2 levels? And no I'm not using AI.

2 days of Dianabol will not cause any issues for you. Just give it some time and the puffiness will go away.
E2 is Estradiol. Check this thread for more detail, but again you won't have any issues with that either considering you didn't really cycle:

I did use injectable deca about 3 years ago. Just deca by itself. I did a 8 weeks cycle and didn't do any PCT. I was just thinking may be it's coZ of that. And I also took oral winstrol in Jan 2012 for about 4 weeks which gave me good results. But after that I had to quit training due to my back injury. I just started off again few weeks ago.

If you feel an actual lump, you have gyno and can use Ralox. If you do not feel an actual lump, you do not have gyno.

Thanks for the info Aust. Few more questions. I'm 24 yrs old. Weigh around 73 kilos. Just started off again few weeks ago. Wana bulk up but I've got a bit of fat around my abdomen. It's not too much. Arms and legs are still pretty lean. Should I just stick to training at the moment? Loose or gain weight? When would be the right time for me to get on a bulking cycle? I read on your thread that the body far should be around 12-13%.

What is the amount of Ralox I use per day? I can probably click a photo of my nipples.

Well, Karan, first thing you need to is start eating at caloric deficit. You have to burn more calories than you eat, everyday. So that's going to have to be your number 1 focus. Certainly continue training with both cardio and resistance. But there's no need to go overboard with resistance training. Stick to high reps and no need to go to failure. Cardio level needs to go up. 30 to 45 minutes at a minimum of 4 days per week. Preferably 5 or 6 days. Always do your cardio session after your resistance training and do not alternate machines. If you start on a treadmill, finish on the same treadmill and maintain the elevated HR.

Pictures don't really help. You need to feel a lump. If you feel an actual lump, you have gyno. If you do not feel an actual lump, you do not have gyno.
