please help with bloodwork ( I am 21 year old male )
This has been my most recent bloodwork as of July 2013:
TSH-1.491 uIU/mL ( ref 0.4-4.0 uIU/mL )
FT4-0.9 ng/dl ( ref 0.89-1.76 ng/dl )
LH- 0.74 uIU/mL (ref 1.5-9.3 uIU/mL ) - !
Serum Testosterone - 7.91 ng/dl ( ref 10.4-37.0 ng/dl) - !
FSH- 3.2 mIU/ml ( ref 0.7-11.1 mIU/ml )
Estradiol- <11.8 pg/ml ( ref 0-39.2 pg/ml )
DHT- 873.2 pg/ml ( ref 250-990 pg/ml ) - !
DHEA-S- 155.18 mcg/dL ( ref 280-640 mcg/dL ) - !
The reason for my extnesive bloodwork was me feeling unwell in terms of sleep, sensitivity to cold, ED and general lack of interest in life after doing mulitple of stupid cycles of test, tren , some dbol and h-drol + t3 + clenbuterol . These compounds I took haotically, then jumping off and trying to self-medicate with Clomid/Nolva and loads of aromatase inhibitors.
My 1st bloodwork was done 8 months ago and I only did LH,FSH and Test at that stage. THe results came back quite similiar to the results posted above. Back at the time ( 8 months ago in November 2012), the endo told me to stop worrying and let my body recover.
Nevertheless I kept having the same problems and so went for an extensive blood test again in July 2013. The results are posted above. My symptoms are quite mixed: dry mouth, ED, penile pain, night sweats, insomnia, cold hands and feet in the morning, no morning wood. The endo reviewed the results and said I may be secondary hypogonadal and so prescribed me with 2 shots of Pregnyl at 1500 I.U each per week for 2 months.
It has been 3 weeks and I felt something ( got my morning wood for the first time since my problems begun ). But as of today, the morning woods are gone and I feel nothing.
The things that worry me is my DHEA-s ( could it be adrenal problem ? ) and extremely high DHT despite such low testosterone . The doc did not really address those concerns of my. Please help to interpret my results, I am desperate, really

When you said you felt something but now dont, did you mean emotions or morning erections?

3 weeks is not enough time to assess the treatment. Just follow the doctors instructions and check your follow up blood work to see if you've made improvements. If it's not satisfactory he will likely put you on clomid.
Good luck.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~
