    Starting Second cycle...Needs Advice

    Ok i need a little advice here , I dont want to over do it.
    im planning on running Test E, and Test prop together.
    was planning on doing 1cc of E every Monday and Thursday
    and doing .5cc of prop every Tues, Friday,Sunday
    my vials are 250mg on e
    and 100mg on prop
    my first cycle was 2cc of e (Mon and Thurs)and 1cc of deca . (Mondays) but after reading some posts 1000mg of test a week was a bit much
    im 42, 280, 5'11''
    im on my cutting phase and im using the test to help keep what ive build. this will be a long cutting phase so i don't loose what ive worked hard to build.
    i know ill get hammered about using T during my cutting phase, but i still would like to build as i cut...

    last i checked it was 18% and if it matters here is my diet:
    Meal 1) 4 whole eggs
    spinach
    onion

    Meal 2) 5 oz chicken breast(or turkey)
    1/2 avocado
    Large salad(lettuce, carrots...whatever veggie you want within reason)
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil and apple cider vinegar

    Meal 3) 2 scoops whey protein
    1 cup strawberries

    Meal 4) 5 oz Lean red meat
    4 oz sweet potato
    2 cups green veg.(broccoli, asparagus, etc.)

    Meal 5) 5 oz chicken breast
    1/2 avocado
    1 cup rice (brown, jasmine, basmati. Brown is a good choice)
    Large salad
    1 Tablespoon Olive oil and apple cider vinegar

    Meal 6) 5 oz red meat
    4 oz sweet potato
    1 cup green veg.

    Post work out: 2 scoops whey protein
    1 cup pineapple (fresh)

    Intra workout: 1 bottle of G2 Gatorade
    15gm BCAA
    10gm Glutamine

    280 lbs, 18% and 5'11", those are some pretty incredible stats. Probably some of the best I've seen at that size. How do you calculate your BF?

    Good job, I don't think I remember anyone with stats like that. Very impressive and rare.

    Holy shit. Can you post a pic? I'm 40 5-11 194lbs. 80 lbs heavier than me at 18%. I'm around 15. I gotta see

    ...but its good to use prop when your E is clearing out as a bridge to PCT.

    1-12 test e
    13-14 prop

    3days after last prop PCT,

    or as a kickstart first 4weeks of cycle.

    1-12 test e
    1-4 prop.

    ...or both

    well how much e do i need to take this round and is 1000 mg to much. or should i take 500mg split into 2 shots 1cc on monday and 1 on thurs?

    as far as the BF. i might of mis understood
    the guy that test me said my bf was 18% which is on the high side, it said my lean muscle was 230ish ill get myself retested. im by no means as leaned out as the picf of you people here. but im busting my ass to get there!! as far as pics go im close to Gaspaco's build... would love to get to OntheSause's build

    500 will be a lot better than 1000, thats for sure!id rather do 1cc twice than 2!
    i thought i would run more prop than that!
