* 2nd cycle clen? * advice please*
I have started GP Clen . 40mcg pills and this was my 2 week intro to it...
Day1: 40 mcg
Day2: 60 mcg
Day3: 80 mcg
Day4: 100 mcg
Day5: 120 mcg
Day6: 120 mcg
Day7: 160 mcg
Day8: 160 mcg
Day9: 120 mcg
Day10: 120 mcg
Day11: 120 mcg
Day12: 80 mcg
Day13: 80 mcg
I had taurine but never cramped? idk why maybe because I drink 2 gallons of liquids a day but never cramped. never got shakes. only headaches and migranes.
my question is how to run it mcg wise going into 2nd cycle after 2 week break which starts today
Day14: 40 mcg?
WHATS THE BEST DOSAGE AND DO I HAVE TO TEMPER DOWN ENDING OF THE 2ND WEEK OR NO?

THANKS! any idea what should I do .. its been 2.5 weeks off so far and I wanna start next week.... whats the best way to start dosage wise? and is tampering down ness? also can I hit 200 since I never had shakes... only headaches in first week..... and fatigue... what do you guys suggest

200 mcg is pretty high, I wouldn't go past 150 mcg IMHO..
More isnt always better!!
