    Clen and T3

    I've been thinking about trying a Clen /T3 cutting cycle. I have read that the two together can be great to cut body fat.

    I'm currently
    26yrs
    About 21-22%bf
    245lbs

    Do you think the clen/T3 cycle would be a good way to help get that bf down?

    I am currently dieting at a 10% caloric deficit and using a 40/40/20 macro split.

    How has your progress been thus far? It is certainly an effective cutting stack in certain situations. Have you every run anything like ephedrine or other stims? If your gonna do clen and t3 only, not on a cycle(which a cycle isnt an option at this point imo), then the t3 dose needs to be kept low. Like 50mcg /day tops maybe even 40mcg. Also you might wanna consider albuterol in lieu of clen. It is much easier to manage as far as sides and is also very effective. If you go to the qustions and comments on arr's products ( QUESTIONS and COMMENTS ON AR-R's PRODUCTS ) im sure they have write up on these products and there are prob many threads as well. Id check there and read up to see what you can learn about them as well.

    Thanks for the reply. My results are decent..

    I am down from about 27% bf at this time last year but that is with large holes of poor diet. I would say on an average I can drop about 1% every 1.5 months.. I am still trying to hone in my diet though.

    Clen and T3 are powerful stuff. If' you're only dropping 1.5% every month what do you think will happen when you come off the compounds?

    Bounce back! If you can't really dial in the diet this stuff is only a temporary fix. And at some point you will hit a plateau. Say you're able to get down to 11% and you stop losing fat but are happy with your looks. What do you do? Amp up the compounds? OUCH might have long term effects or overpowering sides. So you ramp up the cardio. YAY if you love that stuff. Drop the calories? Yep that works too.

    IMHO get your diet in check to about 10%-11% bodyfat then bring on either T3 of Clen to drop down some more. Then when you hit the wall add in the other compound. Keep in mind when you come off you will bounce back and if not careful fatter than before you went on the compounds.

    Okay man that makes sense for sure! Thanks for the advice.
    I guess still no short cut for me ;-) haha I will keep at it!
