I like mast more and more but I have to keep up with the Cialis, zinc, calcium, omegas, and selenium for a healthy happy prostate

My experience is over 500-600mg will kill your cardio although I do agree the shorter ester is a bit worse in that regard. But I've found that the leaner I am on tren the less it affects my cardio. I've ran it at 12% while bulking and eating a ton and had it destroy my cardio but ran it at 10% and dropped to prob 8% with no noticeable impact on cardio. Everyone is different and every time I run tren seems to affect me differently but for me there is a definitive difference in its effect on my cardio depending on my bf %.

My cardio is jogging outdoors, HIIT on treadmill, and walking on incline PWO on treadmill or stairmill. I do have to deal with painful pumps while doing cardio regardless of bf % but that isn't directly effecting cardio IMO.
    Thanks for the insight!

That's actually very interesting. Was your total weight lower or higher at 10% vs. 12% BF?

Higher by prob 10lbs. I maintained about the same weight and dropped a couple percent bf and had the least cardio sides or pumps I've ever had on tren . 600mg per week with 800mg mast.

    Ok lol.

If I was to run test, tren , mast all in one cycle for a first time. What doses would you run and how long?

Not to speak for him but pretty much anyone would have to run a statin to maintain a lipid profile in reference range while on a cycle like that.

Interesting. Yeah that sure points at BF % as a culprit. Good info.

You've never run tren or mast?

I'd start tren at 300 or 350 and mast no lower than 400.

i would say it took a good 6 weeks after cycle to get my fitness back to near where it was, during the end of the cycle and PCT was just like someone mentioned before once you get out of breath you struggle to get it back, where as when im fit i get out of breath but can keep going

Thanks. No, I've never ran them. Just thinking of options.

    Triglycerides middle of normal range.
HDL lower limit of normal (LLN)
    LDL slightly above ULN

I run several supplements for lipid health otherwise they would be considerably worse.

For those interested in lipid effects from Tren ...

    Cholesterol-lowering effects of a proprietary... [Am J Clin Nutr. 1999] - PubMed - NCBI

    CONCLUSIONS:
Red yeast rice significantly reduces total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and total triacylglycerol concentrations compared with placebo and provides a new, novel, food-based approach to lowering cholesterol in the general population.

Yes sir! Here is a list of the supplements I use for lipid management:
    - red rice yeast
    - hawthorn berry
    - niacin
    - Cholestoff Plus
    - Resveratrol
    - NAC (cardiac health in general)

.....and 5mg bystolic PO qid for mild HTN.

    EDIT
    - 1 cup rolled oats daily & 6g of supplemental fiber for cholesterol and glucose management.

(In addition to cholesterol and GI motility, fiber will reduce total ACTIVE carbs in your diet).
