Thinking of starting cycle need some advice!
I am not new to lifting! I have been out for awhile. I am 41 yrs old 6 ft 260 pounds. Right around 20% body fat. I have been eating really clean for a couple mths now. I have lost about 30 pounds and thinking of starting a cycle. Could someone give me the break down on daily doses? Or some suggestions as to what I could do to keep loosing fat and keep gaining muscle. I work out with weights 6 times a week and some cardio 3 times a week. Meals are high in protein and low carbs. Maybe a couple times a month I will load up on carbs before heavy days. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
I posted on newbie forum and got some advice to drop my body fat lower. So my goal is about 13% before I start.
I am open to some suggestions.
Don't know if I can find injectables ?
What would be the safes orals? And the best liver cleanse sup?

Hey I don't understand you started a thread already called "Hello, Thinking about starting first cycle" .... you said at the end after about 8 posts thanks you will wait until you got your BF% down below 13%. Did you do that today??? What do you want now....crazy mike

Thanks Kel I am just not so savvy...Oops... Maybe he got on the tread mill and is a speed reader also... OMG I need a break been on here all day with some newbies...Gotta laugh ...crazy mike

260 and 6ft at 20%? I'm going to guess closer to 30%. How did you check BF%?
