    High BP, BPM Test Prop

Started test prop on monday, today its a bit hotter in weather and i was heating up pretty easily, i could feel my heart beating a bit faster so i got my BP/BPM checked, 138/71, my BPM was 110!!!

Is it my anxiety causing it go higher then it is? as im feeling very paranoid atm. my BPM and BP is usually ~120/~60 and 70-80 BPM....

Looool java I think this is another new one. Dude quit tripping, your bp is going to go up a little on cycle. Yours is not that bad, just keep a watch in it. If you can't handle it than just stop and do pct and don't cycle.

All good. Just tugging your chain a little. 138/70 is stage 1 ht but youre on a cycle. Its not a great thing but youre not going to die. You can control it with diet and cardio easily. If youre freaking, go to a doctor but don't mention aas. Just say your bp and resting pulse seem to be elevated lately, is there anything s/he can give you? Probably give you low dose of propranolol or metoprolol. Pretty benign as sides go really brings the heart rate down even has a mild antianxiolytic effect.

Been looking at my diet this past few days, my sodium has been through the ROOF, before my cycle i was averaging 1k-1.5k Sodium Daily (as i was cutting, less food, less sodium) Now im hitting 3-5k Sodium Daily, That is most likely the culprit?

    Cut out cardio aswell.

That would definitely be a contributing factor.

I just made a gluten free, lactose free, pretty much all natural diet at 3000 cals a day for myself and my sodium intake is roughly between 2400-2800 a day. they say you should intake about 1000mg of sodium a day per 1000 cal diet. average person shouldn't consume more than 2500mg a day. These are pretty easy things to find on google IMO lol. This is a pretty minor thing to freak out about during AAS :P
