    Lookin for advice on max gains but limited to time in gym....please advise

    Hi Guys. not been on forum for a while. I work on the fishing boats so spend extended periods at sea on short notice which seriously interferes with any programs I try to implement.
    I'm running a cycle of 50mg dbol stacked with with 1ml of Test400 every 4 days. I intent to run this for 6weeks then drop the dbol and replace with sus250 and continue with the test400 for the final 6 weeks.Ai's in place and so far all good. But time away from gym is killing me. Have tried using progressive calisthetics while on boat so at least I'm in some form of training while away from gym.
    Is there a high intensity programme I can follow while in the gym that will minimise the negative effects of not having that set routine of knowing exactly which days I'll have access to the weights?
    Also the cycle I'm using is correct for my personal situation?
    My goal is Max gains to the point of mutant proportions....lol
    I am 5'9 and 85/7kg.

    The cycle is fine. What's your AI? What's your plan for pct?

    You aren't going to get to mutant proportions off a cycle or two or even 3. It's years and years of consistent training and diet. You really need regular access to a gym to see max gains. Why are you not able to get to a gym? How often are you going now?

    i usually do supersets and/or dropsets when im short on time and have to be in and out. i hate doing them though

    For ai using anastrozole .25mg every other day. Have large quantity of tamoxifen for pct but am still looking into anything else that I would need to add to this for a successfully pct . As for gym time I'm working weights min of 3 days per week. High weights, low reps and focusing on compounds more than isolation. Mainly the big 3 ( bench,squat,dead lift) increasing weight progressively each week, plus fitting in any additional isolation exercises I can fit in if I have time. My hope is the big 3 should send me on my way to bulking up and I can worry about the cosmetics when I have more time. Thanks for your reply....Johnno

    Just buy some dumb bells and a pull up bar....You can basically do any exercise with dumb bells alone....

    Just a few set of dumb bells...One set for arms....One set for chest and back....

    You can do shoulder presses, Side laterals, bench, flys, dumbbell rows, dead lifts, shrugs, squats..Never end with dumbbells etc....Is it MOST effective? no...But the best you can get when away from the gym...

    Really good idea that!! I have access to free weights and would be able to stow them on the boat while working away. Many thanks for the idea. Would u agree that focusing on the compounds is the way to go for now? Thanks again in advance.....Johnno
