    Well, stanozolol is a steroid . Stanozolol requires low body fat for visible effects to take place. Close to 10% at minimum. Also requires that you run testosterone so that you can function like a man and avoid lethargy. Not very synovial-joint-friendly. This one will shut down your HPTA, so a PCT is required.

    Clenbuterol is not a steroid. Requires Ketotifen for use without taking a break every 2 weeks. Does not require as low body fat as Stanozolol, however, it is not a side-effect-friendly compound. Especially at higher body fat. Cramps are common with this compound.

    You can achieve good results with either compound assuming your stats are appropriate and you've implemented a great nutritional plan.
