Slin: At risk of diabetes?
Started taking insulin Humulin R about a week ago. Started at 2iu's and have worked my way up to 7. So far I've experienced bloating and a slight headache which is probably normal. What worries me is I've gone from peeing 2 times a day to about 5. I know that frequent urinating can be a sign that your body isn't using slin properly and thus a sign of diabetes. I was planning on working my way to 10iu ED for 4weeks and then going off. Am I at risk of developing diabetes? Or am I just being a *****. Help greatly appreciated.

I think that after a week of using slin its unlikely that your body has gone through any changes. However I am no doctor.
Although measuring blood sugar is not a foolproof way to check for insulin sensitivity, adaptation or diabetes. I would still recommend to anyone considering slin use is to get a simple blood glucose meter and run a bunch of tests under various conditions to document your bodies current condition then you will have a better chance of being able to see changes after usage.
Honestly if I were you I would stop the slin usage give myself time to return to stasis and then test to find where I currently stood before I walked down this dark and dangerous path.
Also just like with AAS do all your reading (lots of it) and ask all your questions before starting as prevention of problems is so much easier than resolution of problems.

If you only urinate twice a day, I'd check my water intake. Drinking at least a gallon of water a day has me on the can 10+ times a day. I also get headaches when I'm dehydrated too.

Peeing twice a day really stuck out to me in your post...theres something wrong with you or you are not drinking enough water. A gallon is minimum. I take it you are pretty advanced to be using slin?..so you should know to drink a lot of water so im thinking something may be up with your urinary function

I think I was a little off when I wrote this. I think a more accurate number is 3-4 times a day which still may be low. Either way the number has about doubled. May also be due to the higher dose of creatine not properly going through my system. Anyways I'm going to Walgreens tomorrow to get a bg meter. I'll stay posted.

3 to 4 times is still pretty minimal. How much water are you drinking?

Not as much as I should be. I try for a glass per meal which is 5 meals a day. Can anyone tell me if I am at risk of doing some irreversible damage? I know slin is dangerous so I'm playing this one safe. I'll up the water intake but if my body isn't processing the slin correctly then I fail to see how more water will help that issue. I'm laying off the slin until I get a bg rating to see if I'm clear.

You shouldn't be using slin, because you don't understand the first thing about what it does and how your body reacts to it.
Since you aren't diabetic, the only immediate danger is hypoglycemia. Look up the symptoms on that.
With long term high doses of slin, you may become insulin resistant (essentially a type II diabetic). Now, if you keep ingesting too many carbs, you could become hyperglycemic, and that is when you could go into diabetic ketoacidosis (once you blood sugar remains over 400 or so for a matter of hours or days), which will cause excessive urination, thirst, hyperventilating, etc.
