Need advice: Sust/Deca/Winny - 2. cycle
Need some advice, but first my cycle
I started my second cycle today (still a bit carefull):
500mg sust ew (week 1-12)
300mg deca ew (week 1-12)
50 mg winny eod (week 9-13)
I have Nolva on hand in case of problems with the sust and clomid for post cycle use.
1. A friend convinced me to go with the Deca but I´m a bit afraid of water retention and the "Deca-gyno". Will Proviron take care of this problem? If not what should I take and how much?
2. I´ve been on a low calory / carb diet the last two months (I put on fat just thinking about a pizza... mmmmmm... pizza...) so I dont want to mess up my diet. Could I stay on the diet and increase the intake of proteins and still get a good result?

Don't worry about Deca gyno. It's recently become clear the Progesterone is not a feminizing hormone. I think it can produce an inflammation in breast tissue but with the ratio of Test to Deca your running, their is no worry as far as the deca.
Put your winny at wks10-15
To put on weight, you have to eat. Put up some stats so we can give you a start on calories to consume

Hey bro, that looks like a descent cycle.
As far as water retention, i would go with l-dex or even the nolva daily or eod. I dont really care for the proviron . And as far as your diet, the only way to get great results is to eat everything in sight, with deca especailly. You can watch your fats, but make sure you are getting TONS of protein and plenty of carbs. You didnt post your stats so I cannot give you a range, but the more you eat the bigger you will get.
I like to do a cutting cycle after using deca.

Good to hear about the progesterone bit. I´ll try to get my hand on some l-dex. I have some Nolva, when should I start this (if I cant the l-dex)? I´ve allso read about a so called rebound effect after long term use of Nolva - any info about this?
Most of the sources in Norway normaly don´t have a good selection of anything... I asked my source about clomid when I started my first cycle (about a year ago) and he replied: "No one has asked about clomid before, whats clomid?!"
So tanks to all of you guys who have "educated" me :-)
My stats: 183cm - 83 kg (goal 93-95 kg)
Some fat on chest, tummy and hips - have lost about 4kg over the last couple of months with more cardio and less callories / carbs. I dont know my fat % ... but its high enough to be f..king anoying ;-)Last edited by combolic; 05-27-2003 at 04:30 AM.

i like to do 10mg of Nolva throughout the entire cycle(including clomid therapy) but some just keep it to the side. When coming off the Nolva, just taper it down over a 2wk period

Good cycle IMO! Thinking of doing it next spring.
I say fuck the diet during your cycle! Deca works SO much better with an high calory diet. Use the Nolva if you are experiencing problems with bloating.
During the Winny-intake you can start of the diet again and you´ll harden up. But kepp the protein WAY up there.. Ill pay of....
BTW both the deca n´the sust will kick in w3.
