DIM Detox

Has anyone run DIM detox to help lower their estrogen a small amount instead of running the dangerous breast cancer meds? My dr is a big fan of this and says it only lowers a small degree about for a lot, especially on TRT its usually enough to help with estrogen flare ups.

my boss is on TRT and use trans reveratrol some dim and calcium-d-glucarate and keep his estrogen in check.
I dont know his exact protocol but it works.

his dr is not fan of these medication either.
