Looking to start a cutting cycle.
Hey guys I'm looking to start a cutting cycle this will be my second cycle overall. First cycle consisted of 400mg week Test E, 300mg week Masteron and 250mg week Deca . Current stats 6'0, 188lbs, 13.5-14.5% bf. My diet is clean eating Greek yogurt for breakfast, chicken breast and brown rice for lunch, snack Greek yogurt scoop of protein, chicken or turkey for dinner, brown rice cake with peanut butter and protein shake after workout. Definitely using Test P 150 mg EoD but want added cutting agent looking for some help. My ideas are Masteron 300mg a week again or winstrol 50mg EoD and possibly Anavar 50-75mg a day. Primo would be ideal but its not available. Any help will be appreciated.

I did not read that particular article before but I knew those specific set of facts I went to get blood work before and after my first cycle everything was great and ill be 22 in November I haven't grown in almost 4 years in any direction. I'm just asking for some specific advice regarding my question I would appreciate some help and thank you for your concern.

At the end of the previous cycle I was 200 and 16% bf now I'm looking to cut so I've been dieting for 2 months at 1650 calories per day. Now looking to cycle again and reduce my current bf to 10% my current bf is 14%

blood work is meaningless. you are still growing and developing and your hormones are still trying to reach their maximum natural levels, screwing with your hormones can and will hinder your development. read the sticky to understand the risks you've taken.

So I come to this forum for advice on something I'm going to do regardless well aware of the short term and long term effects. Be honest about my experience and age in the hope that doing so will allow people with experience to give me the best possible advice with the current situation. Can you please answer my question so I can do this in the safest way possible?

How did it take you 2 months to go from 16% to 14% on 1650 calories. That doesn't make sense, you don't know what you're doing more drugs would be a waste of money

Thanks for the post what should be the breakdown of % for protein, carbs, and fats? I wasn't weighing out the meals so i can't be sure it was 1950 every day but it was def within 100 cals either direction.
So cycle 8 weeks:
Test P 150 EoD
Anavar 75 mg ED broke into 25mg 3x a day
Should I use an estrogen blocker? Aromitase?
I will start PCT 4 days after last Test P dose.

He's nowhere near lean, 16% to 10% is not hard. The more fat you have the easier it is to lose it. A 200 lb man would have to lose 12 lbs of fat in 2 months. Tell me again how that's impossible? Not even 2 lbs a week. Keep laughing you idiots, he's not going from 12 to 6 it's not that hard

Yes you need to break the exact diet down. If not you won't make the best of this cycle. I just did my last cycle very similar to this. I gained 10lbs and lost 3%bf.
