    Am i getting gyno

    One of my friends has made me paranoid he said he can see gyno on me... I have no sensitivity no lump no itchyness...

    Here's the pic he said it about

    You would def experience some itchiness and the lump that follows. If that isn't the case then you may be retaining water as well as put on some fat during your cycle. Diet and cardio is the way to go IF you actually think its a problem.

    Tbh I dont really care about a bit of fat! Once I get to my goal then ill start shredding.

    Often ppl hold a bit of fat on bottom of pecs. Just got to wreck those pecs. Ad some swimming for cardio. A lot of ppl forget how good it is. N we know all over cardio is better for removing fat than spot training. I'd just do a bit of both. Still looking good tho bro
