Can you workout twice in one day with AAS?
What if you are running dbol and test can you workout say 6:00am legs... then hit arms at 7:00pm?
I had to work a night shift and when I got out the gym was closed and I really want to hit the gym right now it opens in 2 hours I feel like eating a meal and going when it opens.

The only time I recommend that you train twice daily, is when one of the sessions is cardio only. Obviously, you can strategically time your trainings where you can hit separate body parts the same day, however, your body will benefit far more from rest than it would from frequent workouts.
I never touch the same muscle indirectly for 48 hours, and never directly for 10 days.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I feel as I am fully rested with all of the other body parts and want to 'speed up' the training so to speak so I can catch up from recovering for the 4 day break I had... this will rarely ever happen again just wondering if I would be making more progress this way. Doesn't feel good to not feel any soreness anywhere especially when I am enhanced! (Except for back which I hit yesterday)

I think it's fine in the initial stages of growth. So it wouldn't hurt to alternate back and forth to this frequent resistance style training for a few years. You're still young. As I get older, I notice more growth from more rest. So while you're young, pump away
But if you're not sore after a workout, you're not lifting heavy enough. You need to destroy and demolish the muscle, not just pump it up. I can barely turn the steering wheel after training arms. Literally.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

extra lifting wont 'speed up' training it will mean extra rest time go for a run or have a fap if you need to use up some energy.

If I miss a day for work or something but I still want to fit it into the week ill do an extra workout. As long as your not over working that muscle group and still taking the proper rest time I don't see no problem with that. Some pros do it, chest morning and back at night, as long as your still getting your rest. IMO

Alright thanks for all the different replies guys I appreciate it. My training is definitely on point and intense it's just after being out for 4 days straight (take note that may mean that some body parts could not have been hit for 7+days) this is why I am fully recovered. I am going to eat and be the first non staff inside my gym

My rule of thumb has always been when using gear, do the same things you're already doing right but now you'll do it better because of the gear. What you're already doing right will yield a higher return.
And yes, you can still overtrain if you're using gear.
And no, soreness does not determine if your training was good or not.

For sure man I'm definitely sticking to what works for me, a 5 day split on different days. For today though I am just going to hit up two opposites, get a full days rest, hit shoulders, get a full days rest, then start back up and do it as I normally do. Just want to get things rolling again

^What they said above is really good ... 2x a day is very doable. This is possible even natural. The key is controlling the volume. This type of training gets used by olympic weightlifters, but they remove the eccentric part of the lift. It's a good idea to do the heavy compound lift in the morning and work the smaller muscle groups with isolation in the evening. Make sure there is a minimum of 6 hours between lifting sessions. Blast away! You will do great!

Arnie would do it. Give it a try for a while and see if it works for you. It will work for volume training.

With an adequate amount of calories and aas, you can train 3x a day if you want.

Well, me I could not do it. I just expend to much energy in my sessions. But then again, I have never been on a high amount of gear so I really don't know from that perspective. As for now, as said, I would say no, not twice a day with weight training. Could do like a morning cardio and weight session in the afternoon. Probably would be maxed out.
