First of all greetings to everyone. I am new to this forum and hope the experience offers an array of detailed and up front of advise that will be greatly appreciated.

I am a 32 yr old male who has been training for 3 years. I started at 59kgs and have slowly (with some hiccups along the way) worked my way to a current heavy of 73kgs. It appears to be the ceiling and I am considering the next move of a cycle to continue on. I would ideally like to add another 5kgs or even get to 80kgs if possible. My stats are:

Age: 32
Height: 175 cms
Weight: 73Kgs
Body Type: Ectomorph
Body Fat %: 8-10%

My current split is a 2on-1off day routine and my diet is as regular as balancing a full time employment allows.

I have done some research and I am currently in favour of Sustanon 250 and so I would like to kindly ask the community on:

what would the recommend dose /
the days(s) of the week I should inject /
What PCT should be considering and what should I get to prepare and how long should I be on it for
Any recommendations on ideal training splits or does it really matter?

Any other advise would be much appreciated.
