    Advice anyone...

Im new to the forum have read a lot here never posted.I currently work offshore and have no set days off. While offshore i have all the access needed to continue to workout dieting can be a little hard but is achievable. But what im looking for since it is pretty much impossible to take gear offshore are there any options available to someone like myself. I would not say im a newbie to the scene just been out of touch since high school would love to hear some feed back. My main goals are to continue to stay in shape loose more of my beer gut. But i have lost motivation over the last 8 months or so just to the fact that i dont seem to be getting any bigger in size. I remember the feeling and motivation i had during high school and want it back. Km trying to stay away from ph due to the over price and imo there not as good
    Stats.

    25 years old
    Workout 4 - 5 times a week
Mainly working upper body due to major foot injury when i was younger, as much cardio as possible.
As stated above eating habits are ok try to stay firm but difficult while working offshore
If theres any other info needed let me know look forward to hearing from every one

    Thanks.

Hey bro. I don't work offshore but in the oilfeild on three week hitches. Meals are prepared but you can still make the most sensible choices on what is offered. What does your lifting routine look like?

You getting cardio in? Shoot for a minimum of three days a week at least 40 minutes. Abs every other day.
