    Cycle question

    So this is going to be my first real cycle. Last time I had bunk gear. But I am 22 5'8 183 lbs. about 8-9% bf. been cutting, I touched 190 couple weeks ago. I have arimidex , clomid, and nolva. But was wondering if I should use test prop if I don't mind pinning eod, or if I should stick to the usual test e. I like the fact that I would be shut off for a shorter amount of time with the prop and will probably recover quicker. I don't want to hear anything about my age

    I'm pretty much at my natural limit and it sucks to bust my ass and eat so strict to see minimal to no gains. I've been lifting for about 7-8 years. I would do 500 mg of test e a week but I wanna see your guyss thought on prob instead

    Pinning eod is a big commitment for a first cycle. Better to start off with 2 shots a week to see your comfort level.

    Test E 500mg / 2 Wk 1-12

    I have already pinned with my first fake gear, and am comfortable injecting in quads and glutes. And I could just rotate them. Or do delts if The pip gets bad.

    Having my natural levels come back is more important than me putting extra time and effort pinning

    I honestly dont think you are being any safer running prop in that regard.

    Why only 4 weeks? It seems like majority people at least do 6 weeks-8 weeks. At 100 eod

    Why only 4 weeks? It seems like majority people at least do 6 weeks-8 weeks. At 100 eod
    I think he is sugesting the first 4 weeks using prop along side enanthate .

    You don't really know that you're fully developed without X-rays. Even then, there's more development than just bones. Have you had your diet evaluated in the nutrition section?

    ^^^ This, I laid out the Test E with the prop for wk 1-4. I thought that was clear. You base is Test E 12 wks your kicker is prop wk 1-4 ONLY. A cycle for you at 6-8 wks will do you no good. ...crazy mike

    I am fully developed I've been the same height for 6 years. Exactly, there's no doubt about that. I've had x-rays done 4 years ago backing it up. I have taken many nutrition courses and my nutrition is spot on. Which is why I have the size and leanness that I do naturally. I write meal plans for people at my supplement store, I know how to eat.

    Ok that's interesting. That seems like a smart approach. Idk why more people don't kick start cycles like this to maximize gains on a cycle

    Well, I would expect you to mention that in your second post, about the x-rays... but you said "I'm pretty much at my natural limit", so that didn't sound so confident...

    Either way.... like I said, bone development is not all you need to worry about.

    To be honest if I was going to reach my natural limit. I would have to quit school, quit my job, not socialize and make eating sleeping and working out my only priorities. So that's why I say pretty much. Yea bone development wasn't even a concern of mine. Thank you though.

    Could I expect to keep the same bf during the cycle while gaining muscle? I know everyone reacts differently but I would like to stay single digit body fat. Maybe gains a percent or two. I know some water tension will be gained which will make me look more bloated
