    Question about Blasting/cruising and eating?

I've got 2 1/2 weeks left of my current blast. I'm on TRT at 200mg/week of Test C. I've kept my TRT dosage and added in Test Prop at 100/mg EOD and doing this for 8 weeks along with 80mg/day of Anavar . My goal for this cycle was to gain some size and mostly to lean out. My weight has gone up about 5 or so pounds but I've lost a good amount of fat and put on some noticeable lean muscle. I'm going to be coming off the Prop/Anavar for 4-6 weeks and then going back on another blast for another 8 weeks. My next cycle will consist of 150mgs/EOD of Prop (no Test C) and the first 4-6 weeks adding in Tbol at 40-60mg/day.

I've been eating really clean and keeping calories fairly low at approx. 2000/day. When I come off my blast should I increase my calories or keep them the same? I still want to lean out which is why I want to do the next cycle. I will be increasing my cardio during this time off but don't want to be putting any fat on but also don't want to lose much of my muscle gains.

    Thanks in advance,
    Pistol

You will end to increase your calories to support the new tissue growth regardless of the blast you have to eat enough to maintain. Make sense?

Agreed ^^^ you need to adjust you diet to suit the new muscle tissue otherwise you will lose it.

Exactly what I thought. If I increase what I'm eating and keep it really clean this should help prevent me from putting on much fat if any correct?

    Thank you for your help.

I eat mostly clean. Cup of oatmeal and protein shake for breakfast. Banana prior to workout along with Pre-workout drink. Shake after workout and then snack typically some sort of protein chicken or steak. Lunch either grilled chicken salad, or fried egg sandwich on wheat bread, broccoli or similar. Another snack between lunch and dinner like a Quest Bar and cheese stick. Early dinner either steak, chicken stir fry- with brown rice no soy sauce. Then typically another small meal after work depending on what my wife made for dinner and then protein shake before bed.

    alot of shakes in there...

    try swapping some for food...

or.. add food to your shakes, like oats, egg whites, yogurt, bananas, peanut butter, etc...

Thank you. I do eat a boat load of peanut butter too. I've been eating Nuts-N-More which is really good and I know 3 shakes are a lot. I will switch my prebed one with Cottage Cheese even though I hate that stuff.... haha
