So I just got my bloodwork results after having finished my 4 works of pct. results were not what I had expected. My testosterone total is over 1500 on a 348-1197 standard. My free test is 3.8 on a 9.3 to 26.5 standard, which is very concerning. My LH is at <.2 on a 1.7-8.6 standard. And my FSH is also <.2 on a 1.5-12.4 standard. Not sure what to do, as my libido and energy levels seem to be pretty low. And recomendations on what to do to help.

Just testosterone enanthate for 5 weeks because my second vial was fake. At 500 mg/week. And I started my pct with nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50. With d aspartic acid at 3 grams per day and 2 grams of tribulus per day. My doctor recommended me to an endocrinologist and I talked to him and it's 600 dollars just for a consultation. I can't be paying that kind of money. How much of a problem is this?

might be aggressive PCT for your short cycle. a proper cycle would have consisted of hCG and AI, hCG would preserve your testis and help with faster recovery, AI for controlling your E2. I bet your E2 is through the roof and that's why your free T is in the tank. its best to do BW for E2 and SHBG. any discomfort in your testis, atrophy?

I actually had my e2 shbg and they are in normal ranges. But I just don't understand how my total test serum is so high with my LH FSH and free test completely shot. Well I was talking an ai 3 weeks after stopping cycle by itself because I thought the second vial was real but it wasn't. But my testicles have dropped from being atrophyd but it's not the size it was at pre cycle.

A couple months?.... A couple months is when I plan on doing another cycle. Right after pct shouldn't everything be close to normal. I understand if it's not the same. But It was about 10 days after pct

So is free test levels extremely low that much of a problem with such high total test serum? Anyone?

yes it is because that's the one your body uses, total is like a reservoir.

Yea but what will help with releasing my bound test. For my research clomid and nolva will help with total test serum.
