Question about T3 into cycle and diet on "rebound weeks"
Hey guys,
So I will (possibly) be doing this cycle as follows.
1-6 Test E 375MG EW
1-6 Hdrol 100mg ED
1-6 T3 100ug ED (with ramp down at the end)
7-15 Test E 500MG
12-15 SD 10 or 20MG ED
At first I wanted to do a clean bulk for al off the 15 weeks. But due to personal reasons I want to cut with T3 now for the first 6 weeks to make sure I get nicely lean. After that I want to start a really clean bulk.
My question is: after the 6 weeks on T3 my thyroid will need to recover for about 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, what should my diet be like?
During the weeks I take T3 I will take about 2800 kcal. What do you suggest I take the few weeks after that?

6 weeks only on T3? More like a 6 hour recovery... It would take 2 weeks to recover if you were on for 2 years maybe...

You wanna cut before you bulk for personal reasons, do it without the T3. Such a waste otherwise.

Just like anything else, if you come off cycle (AAS) you need to eat like a horse if you want to retain muscle. T3 is not a player in this equation.
