I've never made a bruise on myself injecting.. I would say what austinite said inject slowly. To hide it.. I guess lie and say you ran into something haha. That's a good question

I hardly bruise..... But adapt the same technique I did.

Tell your wife steroids can only be injected into the glutes. Make it sound all scientific - "the glutes are a large muscle group. The absorption rate is fast and helps send the hormone throughout the endocrine system. Other muscle groups can't do that"

Then start injecting your delts, tris, and quad lmfao
