Just showing how ignorant he is assuming everyone on here is a US citizen. I'm almost ashamed to admit I'm a Canadian citizen born and raised in Canada and completed my PhD/MD in Toronto when I see this kind of ignorance and arrogance from a "fellow Canadian".

Fortunately there are enough good Canadians on this board that hopefully his toxic behavior will be overlooked just as he will be forgotten all to soon.

ho ho ho hold it. Now look, i understand some of us have very strong opinions on AIs...but honestly it comes down to each person. I personally am usually lean and can handle highish, amounts of test with minimal water restention and sides, but not everyone can. Most people need a small dose of AI once over 500mgs. You have to see what bloods look like, thats the only way. After a month or so on, get bloods, test E2, lipids and check you BP. If ONE of them is out of whack ad an AI. Too high estrogen is not always good for lipids, the body has a balance, and too low is not good either. But if you are taking 5 times the normal amount of test, therfore 5 times the e2(and dht) and you take adex, and lets say cut your e2 by half, you most certainly wont be in an estrogen deficicent enought o cause lipid problems, as you still have e2 2.5X the normal(giving that normal test and e2 production is SIMILAR to what you get on a HRT dose of 100mgs of test per week). again, bloodwork is the only way to know.
However, as of late, i lean more towards having and AI anyway, even if the two main parameters IMO, lipids, BP are normal, as estrogen can increase risk for blood clots and is seemingly a carcinogenic(more so with sinthetics forms, but still). Yes it can increase immunity but having double the e2 is plenty for that purpose. But the immune system is a funny thing. Autaimmune diseases happen more often in women, and some feel this is due to higher estrogen. So, bloodwork, and common sense. It would be good to know where your E2 sits naturally first, so you have a starting point and can try to just keep your E2 around double your normal. I dont think more is necessary
