So all is well on the home front, 300mg of test cyp per week, .25 liquidex EOD, going into week 5, life's good.

Taking a shower I notice my left nip is slightly larger than my right, and I think my chest looks a little puffy, not really puffed up nips but puffy, nip a tiny bit sensitive, and there "may" be the start of a lump under my left nipple, I say "may" because it's pierced so it's hard to feel around under it, obviously not that big of a deal since I'm not clearly sure I have a lump, if there is one, it's super tiny.

Anyway these are noticeable overnight differences

Tonight is not my dex night but I went ahead and threw down .2mg of dex tonight just in case.

The only thing that has changed is I've been dealing with hella allergies about the past week, I've been eating anti-histamines and decongestants like clock work trying to fight off what usually becomes a sinus infection, I'm on the home stretch. I've still been training, no fever so no risk to the heart, then I notice this.

I've never "paid that much attention" to my body when I popped those things before so this may be normal with those OTC allergy meds, or, could the meds be killing my dex somehow?

I was going to do blood work next week, but if my moobs look the same tomorrow I'm going to go this week.

I have letro and tamox on hand just in case, but question, if the lump does develop under my left nipple, can I stay on cycle, up my AI a bit, and run tamox, or should I dump all together and switch to tamox as soon as a lump develops, if one does.

My gut says dump the cycle and AI and go straight for tamox until lump goes away.
