    Test e @750/wk too. Much for crossfit?

    Running 750 per week. Haven't noticed anything yet but perhaps this dosage is a little high. Is it safe to lower the dosage on cycle?

    Stats

    Age:24
    Height: 5'11
    Weight:190
    Bf-11%

    Current cycle. Currently on week 1 pin 1. (Got test flu first pin, feel like in my gut it's cause the amounti s too high but from what I've read the dosage doesn't make a difference in getting test flu.)

    - Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 375 every 3.5 days (750/week total)
    - Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
    - Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

    PCT

    Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

    N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 600mg a day

    Diet

    Around 3500 Calories a day with the breakdown being

    40%Protein
    30%Carbs
    30%Fats

    Through personal testing I have found this diet to aid my training the best.

    I have done test e before and did not pct properly the first time and used only hcg the second time for PCT. Did not keep an accurate log and feel like a buffoon for this.

    1st cycle

    250mg test e

    Monday and Thursday were injection days.

    No PCT. Feel like a moron after reading some stickies here.

    2nd Cycle

    500mg Test e

    Monday Thursday were injection days.

    PCT was 250iU HCG per day for 10 days. I'm sure this was wrong and feel like a Buffon.

    How can anyone answer that without you mentioning goals, stats, and what exactly your cycle looks like?

    Lifting 4-5 times a week and doing 2-4 metabolic conditioning workouts a day. 3 on, 1 off regiment.

    Honestly there isn't much distance anything. It's mostly all out 12 minute workouts Or pacing 12 minute workouts. Every now and then I have to run a few miles or row a few miles.

    Goal is the crossfit games but some of those guys have quite a few cycles under their belt obviously. I don't believe its possible that some of them are clean and jerking almost 400 and still able to do high endurance shit.

    Hard to answer your question because people respond differently to these substances(E.G. aren't you the test flu guy from earlier today?) Even at low doses of test I get pumped very quickly and It makes cardio and crossfit type workouts very difficult for me. 3 cycles in you should know by now how your body handles it.

    500 I felt great and got incredible results so a little more test doesn't seem like a bad idea. I was more concerned with test flu, but I was also seeing if anyone had any insight. Alpha do you primarily lift? What's your regiment like?

    If 500 worked great, stick to 500 until it doesn't work so great. No disrespect intended but its a "less is more" kinda deal. I actually am going back down to 500 after runnig 750. I didn't like it as much as 500. My $0.02

    I'm only one shot in. Is it detrimental if I reduce the test intake mid cycle?

    Nope, its called front loading. Many people use it and it's very effective because it takes less time for the test to kick in or build up to a stable level

    Your fine reducing your dosage. It takes weeks to build up anyway. Add more NAC to your cycle.

    This is the same advice I would give. If it works, why change it? Especially this early on, being your third cycle. You likely could do this same dose for many cycles with good results.

    I'm into bodybuilding at the moment but I've tested out several different lifting styles as well as crossfit and some variants of that. My cardio and endurance was never strong to begin with and aas doesn't do me any favors in that regard.
