Tongkat Ali is an extract from a tree from Asia and it's is said to boost testosterone level anyone have any information on this? Or experience with it? It relativley cheap but I'm not sure what kind to buy. It's perfectly legal from what I understand.

are you using it for BBing purposes?

it is used by some old men with ED problems. but being herbal, the effects, if any, are much less compared to viagra or cialis. but i dont think it will help at all with bbing.

I've read up on it too... But my conclusion is theres just not enough people who are saying it works well. Also couldn't find much solid research, just hearsay and promotional gibberish from various manufacturers.....

So it may or may not work well, Time will tell, but i decided not to use it, I'm just going to go for something more proven. Testojack 100 has both the items i figured have the best reputation. ZMA, and Tribulius. And guess what, It has tongkat ali also. So for basicly the same price you get all 3 for a better chance that at least one of the three ingredients will work for you...

I'll persoanlly be throwing in Horney Goat weed also when my PCT comes and i figure i actully need these things...

Take some blood work before,,during,,and after to see if its doing anything.

I've used it for a long time for PCT and libido bump. It can be hard to find reputable sellers because it is an expensive herb to grow and harvest. I've settled on Authentic Tongkat Ali. For PCT you will have to take big doses. What kind of results are you looking for?
