Halfway correct. Blood IS red but most blood in arteries is oxygenated vs blood in veins which is often deoxygenated. Medical/physiology books use blue vs red to differentiate deoxygenated from oxygenated blood.

Sometimes when I go number 2, it's green. Then I pee in it, which is yellow. And everything just turns blue.

Sry but it's a Tattoo machine, we don't use guns to inject ink lol

To op. I hope everything turns out fine for you. I thought it's a little strange that your bp is only high after completing the cycle. Blood letting is a treatment for high rbc not high bp. Things might improve but this is not conventional treatment. Check your blood count and bp soon and see a doctor if things are not perfect. Good luck.

That is pretty awesome filling a SmartWater bottle with blood lol. Makes it live up to the marketing claims of nutrients in it. haha jk.

Unfortunately donating/blood letting is not a cure for hypertension. The causes are many and quite complex. In general, the decrease in edema or water bloat characteristic of some AAS will lower blood pressure. [Which Im guessing is your problem?] We want to do this by taking anti-estrogens, lowering dosages, etc as opposed to lasix or water pills. Dehydrating will work, but that is both ill-advised medically and counter to our training goals.

That's an excellent point I meant to make. Blood donation can reduce bp if the cause of high bp is simply due to elevated rbc but there are many other causes of elevated bp and blood donation does not directly lower bp.
