    T3 &Clen .... Test?

    So I want to add t3 and clen to my cutting regime . Which is normally a very strict 700-800 cal a day , green tea and tuna cans ordeal.

    I recently read another one of austinites great threads (t3 one ) and noticed that the way to keep muscle while using t3 / clen is to add a small dose of test.

    Ive never used any aas and for now im just looking to cut and give t3 and clen a try.

    Yes I could just diet and cardio and I appreciate this advice , but working 5 days a week and gym 3 days im looking for that even faster route .

    So ... With no cycle experience , do you still advise to use a very small dose of test to preserve muscle ? If so on the small dose (150/200 - week) do I still need to follow ai and pct protocol ?

    This is roughly a days eating when cutting like this :

    Breakfast : 2 egg whites
    Snack : apple
    Lunch : tuna salad ( all greens + balsamic vinegar)
    Snack : celery
    Dinner : brocoli and turkey breast


    No im not a fatty haha , but I hate fat and rather than drag out a 12 week expensive fad diet , I do it my own way super low for 3 -4 weeks

    My bf% im unsure as of today but about a month ago was 20% , want to drop to 11-13%

    I do these crazy diets every 6 months , want to add clen / t3 for better results and so metabolism doesnt shake hands with rock bottom

    I think you are a little confused, What you are proposing is a fad diet.

    A 12 week (it however long) steady fat loss plan is sensible. It doesn't have to be expensive you just eat less of what you normally do. There is much less chance of crazy rebound weight gain when you stop too.

    My 3 year old girl eats more than your proposal. She is, of course, bulking though.

    I doubt you will get any real recommendation to run your diet the way you suggest.

    Add any level of exogenous testosterone an you will need to run a PCT.

    I think you need a re-think.

    Listen to back in black man. Your diet is absolutely pathetic...700 calories? Fix that before worrying about anything else.

    Cheers BiB , I appreciate your feedback , although this has worked for me for a good 4 years , with the idea in mind of burning considerably more calories in 24 hours than what I eat . Im fully aware that no dietitian / bodybuilder would ever condone it but why fix whats not broke , it works for me

    Having said that thanks for reply about the test , when using t3 / clen , would you advise using test even though ive never cycled ? ( if I up calories of course )

    Haha thanks , im aware its insane which is why I do it because it works . Loose weight FAST , I posted to ask about test with t3 / clen , not to be told what I know ...

    I would advise you to rethink your whole plan.

    You are a member here now, we are trying to teach you to know betteryou spent long enough either being or working your way up to 20% you should be prepared to put in the graft to get it down sensibly.

    Honestly? Anybody starting a diet at 20% should be able to hit 12% with nothing more than a sensible dieting and cardio plan, nothing more.

    Besides, why do you wanna get that lean over winter, it's fvcking freezing here already

    Haha , I know its just mentally I find cutting so boring , I just like to get it over and done with :/ , and I do it now so after crimbo I can start weight gain then another cut for summer to look toned , also go for longer in winter with cardio .

    As far as taking Test along with T3, I think that's a good idea. Yes, even if you take 200mg/wk you'll still get shut down. I would recommend you treat the Test as a full cycle with HCG , Adex, and full PCT.

    Yes T3 can be taken off cycle. Don't believe the people who say you will lose a lot of muscle. Keep in mind that doctors prescribe T3 to people who are hypothyroid. I wouldn't suggest using more than 50 mcg off cycle per day. As for clen , I have never tried it.
