New & Need Help
Hello all -
Been on here reading a to. For a few months. Lots of info...
Me--
Male 41
6' tall
175lbs
BF% ?? Not too fat 15% maybe
Workout - 5 years
Mainly I am a bicyclist and like to run but still enjoy spending time in the gym and seeing results.
I have used over the counter orals and use a pct after, but never used anything major and have never seen much results. Possibly cause I have never done a real cycle.
My doctor did full bloodwork, low T of course. Now on a dose of 400 per month. Started to feel the onset of gyno. Again just using over the counter rub on ointment like stuff for the gyno. Kind of working.
So... here are my goals...
1. To gain lean muscle
2. Stay leanish... dont want to gain too much excess water wait. Extra weight is no fun dragging up steep climbs. Extra lean muscle I am willing to drag along. Don't mind gaining a little extra bulk over the Winter.
3. Would like to cycle 3 times a year. Once in the Spring, mid Summer and Winter.
Questions
1. What should I use to stack in conjunction with the T I am currently taking? 1 product? 2???
2. Should I up the dose of T and cycle it with the stack instead of continuous?
3. If so, for how long and and what dose?
4. Is it normal to have gyno symptoms with just T?
5. Are the online sites ok to use for products?
6. I have only seen sites that sell orals. Is that what I should be looking for?
Let me know if you need info.
I know this is a long post, but I have seen some very knowledgeable people posting on here and am hoping to get some helpful responses.

What is your TRT protocol? Injections per week and amounts per injection? Any recent bloodwork showing your E2 levels?
Do you have lumps under your nipples? What on earth are you rubbing on gyno that is OTC?
You should really be getting this under control before you even think about cycling. It isn't something that you should let happen at any time, particularly on TRT, your doc should be ensuring this.
I bet if if you start reducing your cardio and have a diet tweak here and there you will improve your gains. Pleas visit our nutrition forum.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Back in Black,
Thanks for responding, I have read some of your posts and appreciate your advice.
My diet is pretty good. I guess could always use a tweak. I have read a decent amount in the nutrition section. A little background, I am still cutting down fat a little from over the Summer. I am normally pretty lean in the Summer, but broke my leg. Yeah, injuries are no fun... I crutched around the gym but still got fat sitting around cause I couldn't work for 3 months...
The rub on stuff was suggested for the onset of gyno... I can get the name of it if you want. Didn't think the doctor could help with that but also didn't ask him either... No bumps under nipples, just started to get sensitive and from what I read on here you don't want gyno...
Injecting 200 every two weeks.
No estrogen levels. Not sure if he did that in the original blood work.
Thanks for helping me figure this out. I want to get it all straight before I start a cycle.

Your TRT protocol is what you inject, how much and when. Together with other ancillaries.
We have a dedicated forum and I would post your doctors plan in there but they will suggest you inject twice a week to keep levels stopping and stop your E2 spiking which is possibly the cause of your nipple distress. They will also talk to you about HCG and the possibility of an AI. They know more than most doctors
Maybe I will see you in the nutrition forum where I belongNO SOURCES GIVEN
