Been reading about clen for over a month, but I still have questions! Please help
I am a 5'3, 135lb female (probably around 20% bf). I seem to lose fat better with lower carb dieting but I've read that you need carbs when taking clen . Are there certain ratios that work better than others? I'm currently eating about 65 grams fat, 65 grams carbs and 135 grams protein/day (just under 1400 calories) and exercising 4 x a week (upper/lower body split). No cardio other than walking my dog every day.
I'm also wondering if it is best to cycle it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and if I should be taking an EC stack when I'm not taking clenbuterol . (I've read conflicting views on this.) Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank youLast edited by dumbelle; 11-06-2013 at 11:54 AM.

I know this doesn't answer your question but be ready for massive side effects from clen . I didn't ever have good results with that stuff because the extreme side effects. Albuterol is a similar safer drug imo.

<5g carbs/day with clen worked wonders for me. Clen is different for each person. I do not personally have any big problems with it.
Thanks

Thank you, I've read that a good formula while taking clen is:
Protein: 1.5/lb
Fat: .25/lb
Carbs: .5-1/lb
This comes to about 40 grams of fat/day, 80 grams of carbs and 200 grams of protein (1480 calories) Does this sound like an OK plan? Ive never consumed more than 150 grams of protein a day. Should I consume less on my rest days?
Thank you for your help.
(I rounded my fat up a bit so it's easier to divide into 4 meals which is easiest for me)

I must admit I am only good at Keto diets. I run 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs.
Sorry I can not be more helpful with your specific scenario!
Thanks

Last thing I would say is, I calculate my food on a weekly basis and simply only care that my macros are met on a weekly basis. I, personally, have noticed zero difference when doing this compare to the day to day micro management.
This thread might be better off in the Nutrition Section btw :-)
Thanks
