51 year old male in Tampa- Looking to HIRE A CONSULTANT to help me ger bigger
I am a 51 year old in Tampa. I have done a prohormone cycle. The results were decent. I am looking for someone to hire who knows what he is doing and knows the ins and outs of getting big. So if you know what you are doing, have gotten big yourself and want to earn a nice fee getting me bigger, let me know.

Where do I begin? First of all..... don't respond to anyone who responds to your "ad" - I know that sounds stupid and counterproductive to what you were looking for but you've set yourself up to be scammed.
Stick around and read - the best investment you can make is in yourself. Theres so much here for you to learn. It's how I started.... and the same goes for many here.

Jks aside. I'm no pro but if I can help in any way (for free I might add). Ask me any Q's. I'll help if i can. In the meantime tho u want to begin structuring your goal. And what u need to get there in both the quickest AND best way. Those MUST go hand in hand. You do things 100% u get 100%. U do things 50%. And... Etc.
So:
Goal
Diet
Meal plan based on macros+goal
Routines
Implementing workout style that both suits you and is goal specific.
Supps (these are over n above ur diet)
Good luck n welcome to the forum.
I'd also take pictures from front/back/side n do this 3 or 6 monthly. Its a sure fire way of visually seeing your progress.
