I'm not going to write a long post here, but simply give some stats on myself and post a working outline I have for my first cycle. I am 29years old, 6'0" 205lbs and have been a moderate-heavy use gym guy since 20yrs old and have always been "natural" build (meaning no steroids ). My goal is to gain lean muscle mass and maybe trim a few pounds off my trunk as it has some stored up fat from eating heavily. My diet is very primitive with lots of greens, light proteins and almost never fast-food or fillers. I currently hit the gym 2on-1off-2on each week for 1-1.5 intense hours depending on the workout. The desire for a cycle is to bring some more intensity to my workouts and see some solid gain. There is no way I am completely researched and informed about running my first cycle so I would love to hear criticism, judgment and any objective analysis even if this is run of mill beginner crap. If nothing else, maybe I and others will learn or revisit something. Thanks in advance for any diligent consideration....

Here is my working outline up to this point:
14-Week Cycle/PCT Plan
Week-1:
-Liv.52| 2x once daily
-Sus250| 1ml every 3.5days (500mg)
-Anavar | 25mg 2x each day am/pm

Week-2:
-Liv.52| 2x once daily
-Sus250| 1ml every 3.5days
-Anavar| 25mg 2x each day am/pm
-Letrozole | 1mg EOD

Week-3:
-Liv.52| 2x once daily
-Sus250| 1ml every 3.5days
-Anavar| 25mg 2x each day am/pm
-Letrozole| 1mg EOD
-HCG | 1000iu x1 beginning week

Weeks 4-6:
-Liv.52| 2x once daily
-Sus350| 1ml every 3.5 days (700mg)
-Anavar| 25mg 2x each day am/pm
-Letrozole| 1mg EOD
-HCG| 1000iu beginning week

Weeks 7-8:
-Liv.52| 2x once daily
-Sus250| 1ml every 3.5 days (back down to 500mg)
-Anavar| 25mg 2x daily am/pm
-Letrozole| 1mg EOD
-HCG| 1000iu 1x beginning week
PCT, Weeks 9-10:
-Liv.52 2x daily
-Natural Vitamin packs/testosterone promoters
-HCG 2000iu 1x week
-B-complex injection 2ml 1x week

Weeks 11-14:
-Vitamin packs/test promoters
-B-complex 2ml 1x week
-Clomid 25mg daily
