    Test E in delt

Hi all, can I jab 1ml of test E into my delt? I shot my glute last Friday and experienced soreness the next day, I'm due another shot tonight but I'm training legs tomorrow so a bit worried about pip.

    Cheers for any response

Thanks, exact same protocol as glutes? Separate needle for drawing/jabbing, warm the oil, inject slow etc?

Glutes and quads i do up to 2ml and yes def seperate needle for drawing and pinning. Ive never pre-warmed the oil and yes inject slow.

Thanks. Shooting my delts might be easier than my glutes. Had to get someone else to do it as it was first shot and I didn't want to mess it up by not being able to see properly!

If this is your first cycle, your delts will hurt like your glutes. It's just virgin muscle. You'll get used to it.

1 ml in your delt should be no problem. Many do 3
