First Cycle Test E Only
I am about to start my first cycle. Test E, two vials at 250mg/ml. I don't plan on running an AI since my dealer does not sell any and for my pct I plan on using Nolvadex and Clomid. But I am not too sure if I can run Clomid so it might be just Nolvadex.
Stats;
20 yrs
5'10
163 lbs
16% bf
I plan on running 250mg for the first two weeks or so just to see how my body reacts to testosterone and then continue running the cycle 500mg wk.
Here is my meal plan;
7:00 am- 2/3 cup of oatmeal,1 cup milk
11:00 am- 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 apple, 500ml water
1:30 pm- same as 11:00 am
3:30 pm- 7 oz. steak, cup of milk, 500ml water, 1 banana, 1 orange
5:30-workout
7:00- 7 oz. steak and 1 apple, 500 ml water
9:00- 1 cup brown rice, 1 banana, 1 cup milk
Total calories: 2400
Fat/Protein/Carbs; 49g/276g/215g
I am keeping it at 2400 because that is about 500 calories above my maintenance. For one, I would like to ask, are 25g 1.5 inch needles good enough for glute and quad shots? Second, do I really need an AI in case of gyno? And three, if I do get a gyno breakout, how much nolvadex would I use?

Piss poor plan. No AI,clomid,hcg .....20 years old...more reading and proper planning.

Ok your age is what it is. Cycling under 25 will never be recommended or condoned on this board. All that being said you're still probably gonna do it so here's my 2 cents
1. You're 5'10" 163lbs @ 16%. This shows a lack of fundamental nutrition and lifting knowledge. Cycling with these stats could possibly end up with you looking worse than when you started.
2.Your cycle layout is poorly researched. Ignorance beforehand is understandable but now you're here and there's a wealth of knowledge that you're missing out on.

3.Your diet. You're gonna bulk up on 500 calories above your maintenance. Judging by your stats, your "maintenance" level is insufficient, so 500 calories more may be barely sufficient. You'll get a short boost from the exogenous test, but that weak maintenance regimen will burn off everything you gain afterwards.

2. you need an AI - ar-r .com (site sponsor) sells arimidex . use that.
3. need hcg ,
4. 23g 1.5 or 1.25 for glutes.
5. diet is shit. your metabolic rate adjusts constantly when you up the calories to try and achieve homeostasis i.e if you can bulk on 2500 in say 4 months time your maintenance will have gone up to maybe 3k because your body will always fight to maintain your natural weight and will increase its capacity to burn calories. at your weight you should be bulking on a lot more. at your weight i was on 3500. so start at maybe 2800 then go up 200 cals every week till you reach it to minimise fat gain. add omega 3s also. and need a bit more fat imo.
6. dont use nolva on cycle just get an AI - site sponsor sells them so no exccuse
7. dont start on 250mg - start on 500. if anything id start 750 first 2 weeks so it kicks in faster (though the overly cautious person would probably disagree but given most UGL is underdosed theres honestly no harm in it) remember your body already has testosterone so its not like its a "see how my body reacts" type of thing as it may be with other steroids which are completely foreign to the body.
