    Near killer lower back pumps

I am currently on tbol, it appears to be working and I've just introduced Test E and the back pumps are insanely bad, almost winding. I need to work on the X trainer as I have to drop fat, this is working to an extent and i'd like to keep this cardio hence not using a bike - any suggestions to get rid of these pumps, I've tried the standard but it's not really helping.

40mg TBOL/Creatine and 250mg Test E every 4th day + ECA daily, any advice welcomed.

I'll let the vets handle that protocol as it's not something I see being beneficial but I have no experience but from what I've read I'd say get it looked at lol......I would suggest a quality taurine supplement for back pumps and also watch your bp

Hey ickythump, thanks for the reply - I don't have the ability to monitor at the gym but I will do a check post workout. Taurine isn't helping, not sure I want to go to the docs just yet because when i'm not doing cardio, i am strong like ox... but I need to do cardio, ideally.

    Cheers for the reply

Just drop the tbol. It's not helping that much with fat loss so if your goal is to lose fat and it's inhibiting your cardio that bad then you're better off without it.

IMO that's about all tbol is good for anyway - giving ridiculous pumps.

lol strong like ox.... Yea from what I know of tbol sgt hartman's ideology isn't the minority, I've seen people be like yea it's an ok kick start for a couple weeks but it's mostly pumps and seemingly not for fat loss cycle

Yea, i'm trying to get the underlying shape back - which I now have and some, may well drop it if I can't avoid it. Thanks for the advice, I guess the test outweighs the strength I'd grab with tbol anyway.
