PLEASE HELP! No energy, depression and I feel numb to everything.

Let me start out with a little history..please take the time to read.

I started my first cycle at the age of 20 (dumb I know) and recovered fine! Age 22, Summer of 2012 I wanted to fun a 3 month cycle of test/deca . During my PCT I had severe stomach problems. I was diagnosed with Chrons Disease/Colitis. Due to me not eating to eat anything and low self esteem I decided to cruise on some test at 300mg/week. My stomach issues lasted until July until I found my personal cure.. GMO-free foods and eating organic. I decided to stay on this 300mg dose because I plan to be a bodybuilder/personal trainer the rest of my life...hence not minding TRT down the road.

This is where it gets bad..
For the last month or so I have been getting progessively more tired and depressed for absolutely no reason. I have nothing to be sad about, the things that I have in life are great. It has come to the point where I want to sleep 16 hours a day, no libido (smoking hot gf), ED, everything in life just seems sad to be honest. I don't feel like killing myself, but don't feel like living either... just complete carelessness.
I wan't to be back to the old me so bad!!! I think trying to come off gear would be a complete nightmare at this point.

Based on reading online I think the what is wrong with me is one of the following:
High estrogen (I have been taking liquidex .25mg E3D for last month.. didn't take it before hand and not seeing much improvement.
Hypothyroidsm... from 300mg cruise that I am on.
    or Winter seasonal depression...

Can you guys chime in with some advice and opinions in a positive manner please?

    Thanks guys!

this could be a million different causes....but if I were to take a blind stab in the dark i'd say your prolactin levels are high, causing the ED/mental numbness.

from personal experience, high prolactin (deca , tren , npp, etc can cause this) will make you feel just like that - not wanting to live, but not necessarily wanting to kill yourself.

it could also be due to malnutrition. you said you drastically changed your diet, perhaps you are deficient in certain nutrients. Lack of vitamin D (or a deficiency) will cause high SHBG and many other issues, and is part of the cause behind winter depression--less sunlight which results in less vitamin D absorption from being outside.

Either way, you're gonna need to go see a doctor and get bloodwork to make any progress on this. Good luck!

    Thanks for the reply.

I haven't touched anything but test this year, but it could be a possibility that my prolactin is high due to high E2 levels? I haven't took my Prami because it always makes me sleepy for a couple days.

As far as my diet, I don't think that is the case. I feel like im getting far more micronutrients and I take a multi-vitamin as well. I also have been tanning every other day to help with the Vitamin D.. if that does work.

High e2 can cause high prolactin, yes. when was this deca /test "cycle" you did...?

please tell me how that ensures you aren't deficient in something when you have chrohns disease/colitis?

If you want to help yourself, you need to go see a doctor. At the very least, bloodwork is going to be needed to see what is actually wrong.

Cruising on 300mg test has you at probably double what your reference range should be.

Having extremely elevated levels of androgens for extended periods of time can be very taxing on the body, even though it's very individual dependent.

Sounds like you need a break.

Get your bw done and get on a real trt protocol if necessary but I'd bet you just need some time off.

Which do you have ulcerative colitis or crohns? Regardless, stressing your body like that isn't healthy and could cause a flare up.

I'd be really surprised if it has anything to do with elevated prolactin.

All anyone can do is make vague guesses bro, some based on experience, but guesses nonetheless. Even educated guesses can't be made until you post up some bloodwork.. all you're gonna get is shots in the dark that will probably just confuse or even scare you further.

I felt like this after a cycle where I did no correct PCT, I didn't go to a doctor but I cycled and went off 'properly' the next time and felt more even. What I should have done was get my bloods checked, I was 23... and stupid... don't be your age and stupid.
