I'm in checkout all discounts applied and it won't let me checkout, keeps saying it needs more shipping info, but it's all filled out...I emailed customer service but thought this could be faster

On my phone it won't do anything when I click on the site or banner and on my laptop it's just showing the loading sign but doesn't won't load.

Question: Are Priority Mail 2-Day and Priority Mail Express 1-Day the only shipping options? $50+ for a $150 order seems extremely steep.
