PPL Noticing my gains (First Cycle) How do you deal with the comments and questions?
(First cycle) On my 8th week of 500mg test a week and now it is really showing.
Pretty much been saying 6 clean bulk meals a day, a lot of water, creatine, whey protein shakes and intense workouts. Not sure if they buy it, but other juicers I'm sure can tell lol.
So how do you deal with people's comments and questions from the amazing gains from a cycle you achieve without obviously saying it's the gear? lol.
Honestly I'm not use to the attention and it's a bit awkward for me since I'm a bit shy. Feels weird, but I hope I get more comfortable as I go.
Thanks

I think the biggest problem is how it's viewed... people think oh he just injected some chemicals and now he's jacked. I remember in school thinking everyone who juiced was lazy, cheating, and had a small pen15, which aside from the wiener in some cases just isn't true lol..... point being, I see what op is getting at

also, if I get embarrassed or put on the spot I tend to get red faced, my only Englishmen quality lol hoping I don't just have a stroke if I get grilled...I only care because it takes away from what you've accomplished, everyone thinks oh I could look like that if I just did steroids but I don't want to blah blah blah

It is definitely something you want to think about how you will respond to, because yes you will be asked about it.
As stated above the best answer revolves around a change in caloric intake and training techniques.
You can simply tell people that you have been bodybuilding for sometime and have finally mastered the art of gaining mass by increasing calories by more than 1000 over maintenance etc.

Make a deal with the owner of the local health food store for a cut of the business you bring in and then tell them all its an exact ratio of some obscure supplements. When they all rush out to buy horny goat weed, melatonin, zinc and frog piss concentrate you can make enough $ for your next cycle.

When people ask me if I am saucing I say "heck yah man! Size has nothing to do with my work outs, diet or dedication!" I play it off as a joke and they always laugh. Never ever ever ever admit it to anyone. It is none of their business.

Grats on gains , your probs just being paranoid , a mate of mine is a big lad works out 6 days a week . He's all natty but always gets asked if he's juicing.
This day and age steroids are everywere mate , wether your on them or not , if your jacked people will question you .

I've told people I'm on TRT, they go huh?
I said I have the testosterone levels of a 19 year old with the muscle maturity of a 35 year old and a paycheck to pay for the good supplements and good food.

Yeah you're right I really don't give a **** what other people think. It's just kinda awkward because these are the guys I talk to and see day in and day out for the past few months and are literally seeing my gains change day by day.
I definitely been talking about my diet being on point and eating at least 5 meals a day everyday. They seem surprise like they never heard of it. Literally takes minutes of research to figure this simple shit out.

Honestly I'm a straight forward no bullshit kinda of guy. Very close friends already know, but I feel like these people don't know anything and will jump to some crazy conclusions because im on "roids". Just don't think that most of them aren't as educated about it and don't feel like having a discussion about it in the gym lol.

Thanks man and that seems very true!
I'm up 28lbs from 175lbs to 203lbs. I have 4 solid weeks left on my cycle and I"m stoked! Can't post my cycle thread here, but search for my name and you will see the title " 24 year old First cycle critique please" title for anyone interested.

Yea very true man. Thanks for posting in my gear cycle and reviewing it.
Question in the following time after my cycle I understand I will lose a lot of size. Will it be quick where people will also notice my diminishing gains and be like wtf or will it be to slow for them to realize it?Last edited by Motivator; 12-06-2013 at 01:55 AM.

OP I'm glad you made this thread because I have the same concerns when I start my first cycle. Not so worried about friends, more so with family and coworkers. It's not that I care about their opinions as much as I just don't want to have to answer questions. Small price to pay for the gains though haha.

I just tell the truth depending on the situation. If you embarrassed or ashamed then maybe you shouldn't be using. If it's job related and could risk your job then of course lie your ass off. Otherwise just the truth. It's only cheating when you lie about it. People asked me if I was running g gear before I every did my first cycle so they sure as hell will ask after the fact. Do you and to hell with everyone else

agreed with above. when my close relatives noticed I just tell that my diet explosed and I eat like a mofo(thats not a lie).
but when my training friend told me i just told that I started a cycle and that I eat like a mofo!
everyone is doing illegal thing and there is way worst than steroids .
people who workout dont care for most. because they all considered it at some point.
and also im a bad liar so i dont lie.
