    3rd cycle but full on advice please

    Hi guys


    First cycle i did was just test enanthate 250mg a week very simple loved it got some good results

    Second cycle i did was the same as the first but i added 3iu of hgh 3days on 1 off

    Now i want to hard up ive gained heaps of size weighing now 115kg
    I have started the following today can you please let me kniw if theres anything wrong or need to change thanks

    I want to hard up and lean out i have the following

    200iu hgh somatropin
    Test enanth 250mg/ml
    Test prop 100mg/ml
    boldenon 200mg/ml
    Masteron 100mg/ml
    Have d bol (not sure if i want to use them)
    10 mg Anavars


    Arimidex
    Proviron
    Nolva
    Clomid
    HCG
    Aromasin

    Yes i know i have everything possible loll

    Now does this sound right to do any pointers? ?

    12 weeks
    Hgh 3iu 3 days on 1day off throught whole cycle

    EOD
    100mg prop
    100mg master
    200mg Bold/equip

    Total 3ml 1 syringe

    Once week 250mg test enanthate
    Dont want to use much of it cause dont want the water

    0.25mg arimdex ED
    100mg Proviron ED
    Through out cycle

    Should i start anavars straight away or use em in last 6weeks?
    Should i add dbol but i dont want water? ?.

    Any help appreciated

    188cm tall wide build pretty sure bf is just over 20

    Age 25 and bf pretty sure it was around 22% last I checked main fat us around stomach area

    Actuallly by looking at that pic u posted my body looks like between 25% and the 30% pic
    I done the bf test at the gym with this machine that sends pulses through your leg or some crap

    Arnt they all used for cutting wont it help lower bf ?

    Eat 500 cals under maintenance
    Do cardio 3-4 x 30 min sessions ew

    Diet is the key here with consistent training !!

    But since you started leave the dbol and add in the var ladt 6 weeks @ 70-100 mg ed

    Adex is dosed .25mg eod !!

    Im dieting pretty good I saw one of the best nutrionist here in sydney I was up at 140 kg amd dropped to 124 on his diet and now I tweaked it abit

    First cycle I did i was at 136 kg I had no estrogen sides at all

    so should I leave the anavars for the last 6 weeks or should I do em throughout ??

    NO, stop and get your diet and cardio in order. cycling at this BF% you'll only get fatter.

    Im doing cardio as soon as I wake up 30min and also after gym session 20 minutes I cycled before and didnt gain weight I lost weight ?

    Drop the body fat consume less calories and do more cardio!!

    You will be better off cycling around 15% or under !!

    Ok bf is now out of the way . Is that cycle structured correctly to be taken hoe ive said ?

    Masteron is useless at that high a bodyfat. I'd argue that var is too.

    Eq is ok though. For lubricating a bike chain.

    And I don't understand why you want to run 2 different test esters for the duration of the cycle?

    Don't know much about HGH but from what I know you need at least 6 months run at a much higher dose of pharm grade to be worth it.

    Your bodyfat will increase chances of sides. You should get it down naturally before you consider cycling. Add at least 50% to your morning cardio regime and let's have a look at your diet! post it in the a nutrition forum please.

    in red ^^^^ that's what we're talking about, you can end up with gyno and believe me that's not worth it. so you ran cycles before and lost fat, then why is your BF% still in the upper 20s?! you can push BF% aside if you like, run your cycle and end up exactly where you are, maybe worse. its up to you.
