So i decided to start my first cycle, and keeping it simple. I want to do a NPC show (physique) in April so i should be trying to put on more mass then start my cut 14 weeks out. Ive been working out for about 5yrs but I need someone with experience to give me some pointers on my cycle and help go in the right path with this. I take no criticism personally, and very good at taking advice.

Im running sustanon250 500mg/week and .5mg luquidex liquid (AI) EOD. Im barely 2 weeks into this cycle, so if there are any changes you can recommend i would appreciate it. Im planning on doing this for 12 weeks, then starting my PCT 3 weeks after my last injection.
I have been doing research on PCTs but maybe someone can give me some input on a plan based off what im doing. I was thinking of going with nolvadex 40/40/20/20, and HcG . though ive read mixed reviews with HcG, Can i get input on this? maybe the recommended dosage as well?
All your help and input will be very helpful and i really appreciate it.

This is a break down of my daily diet.
8am - 3 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats
11am - half banana, tbsp peanut butter, 30g 100%whey protein
1pm - 6oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, cup veggies
3pm - 6oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, cups veggies
530 - pre workout
6pm - workout
7pm - 25g 100% whey, 50g karbolyn
8pm - 6oz tilapia, mixed veggies
SLEEP 10pm

Split routine

Mon- Legs
Tues- Chest/abs/cardio(30min)
Wed- Back/cardio(30min)
Thurs- Shoulders/traps/abs/ cardio
Frday- bicep/tricep/cardio
Sat- Plyometrics/ abs
Sun- REST
