    Second cycle options.. 4 choices +

    I'm planning my second cycle and looking for opinions on some examples.

    My first cycle was sustanon 250 (omnadren to be exact), 1ml twice a week for 10 weeks.
    I ran liquidstane through out and ran clomid & nolva for pct.
    I also got hcg but it came late so this was blasted towards the end but worked well.

    I managed to gain 26lbs and kept 22lb so very pleased with results. Diet and training knowledge is good.

    Sustanon is really easy to get where I live but i can possibly get Test E..

    Here are my choices -

    Dianabol 30mg ed. Weeks 1 - 4
    Sustanon 250/1ml 2 times a week (250). Weeks 1 - 12

    Dianabol 30mg ed. Weeks 1 - 4
    Sustanon 250/1ml 3 times a week (750). Weeks 1 - 12

    Dianabol 30mg ed. Weeks 1 - 4
    Test E /250 2 times a week (500). Weeks 1 - 12

    Dianabol 30mg ed. Weeks 1 - 4
    Test E /250 3 times a week (750). Weeks 1 - 12

    Currently my favourite choice is the last (750 test), I may also be able to get Deca so if someone thinks that may be a better option then let me know.

    Well... if anyone feels like giving their opinion I'd like to hear it.

    I would run the same because those results are amazing and suspect you may have been able to build more naturally. Keep on it and make sure you have increased your cals to suit the new LBM

    This ^^. Keep it simple. It worked the first time right? Everyone always thinks they have to continually do more. Don't think that way.

    Interesting stuff!

    That's something for me to seriously think about..
    The results were good, naturally I didn't have much to go.
    I'm 172cm (5'8) and weighed 83kg with bf at 12 - 13% at the start. Bf could be around 15% now so some of my gains may be little extra weight but after the calories I was taking in it was gonna be hard not too!

    Plan to get down to 10% - 11 bf before next cycle.

    So what about the sustanon 250 twice a week but using the dianabol for weeks as a kick start? Or my other option is no dianabol but front load the sustanon in the first week?

    I would stick with what you did first time around

    Agreed, and always remember as marcus stated that its your diet that will allow to you continue to progress. Make sure you shop and eat accordinly and if you first cycle results are any indication, you should continue to move forward in your gains. More gear is not always the answer.
