Cycle gains halted
im on 16 weeks of test enth and deca and started first 5 weeks with tbol. I feel like i have plateaued these past few weeks. im getting stronger but body weight is not going up. i am week 10. im at 225 morning weight. i really wanted to be 240 morning. thats probably not gonna happen. im about 231 at night with all the food. what is going on. im taking in 4300 calories, which i seem is so much. i started at 3500 cals or so. 5'11 and 225 right now. i thought if you eat alot and with steroids , you can gain easy. this is like my 7th cycle.
1-16 test 500mg
1-14 deca 400mg
1-5 50mg tbol

What is your age?
If you can be more specific about your diet and training routine, you may get more thoughts on the matter.

train heavy and light days, pretty much the ronnie coleman split. 2x body parts a week or whatever i feel that day. im 29. what change in diet do i need? more cals?

You simply need more gear bro, 500mg test e is well 500mg test e. If you are 5 11' at 230 id say you done damn good. Your not going to get any bigger until you simply use more gear, im not ADVISING you to go and use more gear, that's just my opinion. others may disagree

Get a blood test your gear could be bunk. But remember steroids are not magic

Hard to tell without seeing your macros.. The 4,300 cals you're consuming, are they clean cals? 7 cycles in you should know that you may have a 'wall' that you will just not get beyond each cycle.. you can only gain so much. What is your bf? What did you weight before your past cycles?

I always gain great weeks 4-8 then it slows. I almost always gain nothing the last few weeks of my cycles.
Absolutely murder your muscles. Like was mentioned before work each body part twice a week. Once heavy low reps and once high reps. 4300 cals if it is clean IMO is enough for just about anyone to grow on.

Gains slow or stop after 8 weeks, adding more gear or trying to finish the cycle probably is a waste of time and money. COme off , pct and preserve

When I was 29 I could eat 4500 calories and cut. I use to eat over 5000 a day easy, and I was only 190 at the time. If your not gaining and your calories are clean add 200 more a day. Bigger the body the more calories you need.

thats true maybe for prop, but enth i was reading enth/deca should be run for atleast 12 atleast since deca takes long. so right now should be peak.

yes you have 7 cycles under your belt. I would do 750 mg if I were you.
To add, if you are already eating 4300 cals and not growing you could try 4800 and finish this cycle out and wait until the next one to increase doses. There is no sense in upping the dose now if you are almost done.Last edited by Cuz; 12-14-2013 at 05:06 PM.
