500mg test,deca & boldenone next cycle !!!
so keeping doses reasonable and next cycle im trying a stack of test/deca & eq all at 500mg a week ! like i said running at a average doseage but enough for some decent muscle gains, a few questions
1. preveous cycles i have ran higher test will i still gain from 500mg test now as this will be 5th cycle ??
2. 500mg eq will give results ? i know most say its worthless but i feel like giving it a pop for myself
3. should i run the test at least 2 weeks longer than the deca & eq ???? (reason for asking is il have to purachse another 10ml bottle to do so)

I personally wouldn't run deca and EQ in the same cycle.

personally i think eq is a waste. Tried it many times. And using it for 10 weeks at 500mg isnt even giving it a shot if it maybe was going to do something.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

You should be worrying way more about your diet than any cycle flyguy. Over 2 years and how many cycles (3,4,5?) to gain 12lbs muscle!?!?

maybe i dont hold onto my gains as good as others thats no reason not to cycle again, my diet, training etc is all in check trust me on that one ! il more than happy put down todays diet if you wish !

Go for it, list it. But even if you hadn't cycled I would have expected at least 12lbs LBM so something is definitely amiss.

i do have poor genetics, i know thats no excuse but growing up i was probally one of the skinnyest boys in my year, found it hard to gain muscle mass too.
diet plan today was
10:30am wake 2 pints of water with 4000mg creatine
11:00 am 1 scoop when protein, 1+ half cup raw oats, 6 egg whites & cup of coffe
12:00 TRAIN
01:00 40g when protein & 4000mg creatine
02:00 300g venison, 2 large sweet potato's & cup of greek yougart & honey
05:00 5 whole eggs & 1 cup raw oats & raisens
08:00 2 quality steak burgers 94% beef (300g) with 1 cup brown basmati rice & green veggies
11:00 300g cottage cheese with some fruit & 4000mg creatine
BED
i have eaten alot of red meat today, normally il have a chicken or fish meal too its just thats all i had & as for the burgers there not some mc donald shit either, there very good & are abit of a treat as i never ever usually have them. may be some tweekin to do but like i said im getting in enough protein/fats & carbs a day, on cycle i may eat slightly more too as its easyer to keep fat off.Last edited by flyguy6661; 12-31-2013 at 11:17 AM.

mate its just a rough lay out, & yea also trying to add a few more lean lbs of muscle. and yea mg. its just a quick overlook of my diet to show im not eating cheerios & sausage rolls.

Work out your cals and macro's and let's see it. It looks like you are high on protein and low on carbs.

yea diet is pretty bliss i thought, also im just taking reccomended amount on back of tub, says 6 tabs 1-2 times a day.
