A-HD for estrogen blocker?

I searched and noting came up. I'm going to run b6 and v-e on test only cycle as soon as I can get a solid dose down. But a buddy said all he uses is a-hd from gnc for tren cycles. I told him I had some but was going to hold off. And he was telling me to use the a-hd and I would be fine. Any thoughts or suggestions?

You need a proper aromatase inhibitor to prevent aromatization of testosterone to estrogen and possibly a dopamine agonist for prolactin control.

Thats nothing more than on over hyped supplement(at best) You need a real AI.
